General Work Disclaimers
We are not responsible for delays or incorrect service due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Diagnosis and repair efforts do not guarantee the resolution of all issues, particularly for older or heavily damaged appliances.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or wear and tear on the appliance or surrounding areas.

Water Damage Disclaimers
Appliance repair may involve hoses or components that carry water.While care is taken, leaks can occur. We are not responsible for any resulting water damage to floors, cabinets, or property.

We are not responsible for mold or mildew growth resulting from prior or current water leaks.

Electrical & Gas Disclaimers
We are not responsible for issues related to the customer’s power source, circuit breakers, or wiring that affect appliance function.

We will not proceed with repair if a gas leak is detected and are not responsible for any existing gas line or valve issues.

Flooring & Surface Damage Disclaimers
While we take precautions, moving heavy appliances may scratch or damage floors.

We recommend customers place floor protection or allow us to use protective mats.

We are not liable for chips, cracks, or dents to cabinetry or counter tops that occur due to appliance removal or installation.

Parts & Labor Disclaimers
If customer provides their own parts, we are not responsible for their functionality or any resulting appliance damage.

Workmanship is covered under our standard labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties for parts vary and must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Additional service visits for issues unrelated to the original problem may incur additional charges.

We may take photos of the appliance and surrounding area for documentation purposes.

Customer Responsibility
Appliances must be accessible for diagnosis and repair. We are not responsible for removal of cabinetry or obstructions.

An adult (18+) must be present during service. We are not liable for any misunderstandings if no one is present.

Customer will provide proof of purchase/warranty coverage and in the event the appliance is not in warranty will pay for service call, parts and other incurred expenses. For non warranty calls payment is due at the time of service.
Customer is responsible for any expenses incurred to collect on the account.
